DLC required. Go check out DragoMuseveni#31100's power plant if you haven't already, its share code is 3LZ-NJG-RJB. This power plant is just an overhaul of theirs now that the Rebirth DLC is out, this one is much more accurate to the InGen buildings the new campaign gives us. Also has a ton more details, including leaf debris, moss, more dirt, building damage, fixed buggy textures, new lights, an entire building color palette overhaul, etc.
