Requires DLC. Great facility/rebirth helipad arrival for anyone who doesn't like the rebirth expansion's original. Credit to Videono#73100 for a great template for an arrival point, find their creation with sharecode 2H6-JTM-BM3, it was super fun to redesign and turn into something that fits into a conventional rebirth playthrough. Credit to Giger_Jr#26596 for the Ingen logo on the back of the building.
