February has been a busy month for Jurassic World Evolution 3. From more fantastic community content and the second returning Jurassic World Evolution 2 dinosaur, all the way to reaching one million copies sold since launch! Here’s everything that’s already happened in Jurassic World Evolution 3 this month.

In Case You Missed It!

Cryolophosaurus Has Returned

Originally introduced in Jurassic World Evolution 2, the Cryolophosaurus is the second base-game dinosaur to return in 2026, following the Majungasaurus in last month's update. Beyond simply returning, the Cryolophosaurus can now form a family unit and join your park's breeding programme.    

Hailing from the cold prehistoric forests of Antarctica, this carnivorous species requires plenty of space to roam and a good number of Live Prey Feeders.    

Park Managers should keep an eye out for our next Jurassic World Evolution 2 base-game dinosaur species returning in March!  

One Million Copies Sold

The teams from Frontier and Universal Products & Experiences are incredibly excited to share that Jurassic World Evolution 3 has surpassed one million units sold worldwide. There are now over a million Park Managers and counting! None of this would be possible without Jurassic World Evolution 3's amazing community, and we cannot thank you all enough.

Jurassic World Evolution 3 Nominated For UKIE Award

Continuing with the trend of good news, both Frontier and Jurassic World Evolution 3 are in the running for awards at this year’s UK Video Game Awards (UKIE)!  

Jurassic World Evolution 3 has been nominated alongside Atomfall, Battlefield 6, and Still Wakes the Deep: Sirens Rest, in the Best UK PC Game category. What’s more, Frontier has been shortlisted for Best UK Developer!

New for Jurassic World Evolution 3 Sandbox mode, the Island Generator is a fantastic tool that gives you the power to create an infinite number of unique islands. You can learn more about the Island Generator and check out a few of our own official creations in the article below.

Love has been in the air at the Dinosaur Integration Network this month! Resident breeding expert Luis Balderra has been sharing insights into the complex mating cycles of the Cryolophosaurus, Megalodon, and the ever loveable Tyrannosaurus Rex.
