Dinosaur Showcase: Lokiceratops
Meet the Lokiceratops, one of the most spectacular horned dinosaurs available for your parks in Jurassic World Evolution 3. With its huge, colourful frill and curved horns, this ceratopsian is guaranteed to be a guest favourite!
Notable characteristics:
- Social and well suited to living with other herbivores, particularly other ceratopsids.
- Protective of their young and willing to defend them against threats.
- Favours a mix of wetland and cover in their enclosures.
First discovered as recently as 2019 in the Montana Badlands, Lokiceratops takes its name from the Norse god Loki, sharing the prominent and distinctive horns seen in popular depictions of the god. Like other ceratopsids, their impressive horns and frills are used to compete with rivals and impress potential mates.
Hailing from the Late Cretaceous period, these social dinosaurs display fascinating territorial behaviours that guests love to observe. They thrive in small groups and can share their enclosures with other peaceful herbivores - just be sure to provide plenty of space and vegetation.
Lokiceratops like their nests to be private and outside of any other species’ territory. When breeding a natural population, include enough room for these impressive ceratopsids to nest together in peace from other species.

Powerful. Distinct. Unmissable. The Lokiceratops is a captivating headline attraction for any new Jurassic World Park.
